At the Gold Club, the world's leading international real-estate club, investors and companies acquire international real-estate in collaboration with the club's CEO, Mr. Gabi Mor.
Due to the world crisis, we are now witnessing a very rare window of opportunity, which unfortunately will not remain open for much longer. Real-estate prices in the USA and Europe have plummeted to unprecedented lows making this a once-in-a-life time chance to reap astonishing rewards. Prices are likely to start rising soon.
There are hundreds and thousands of opportunities available in a broad spectrum of properties. Investing NOW is the key to reaping maximum rewards. The timing is critical because this opportunity will not repeat itself in the foreseeable future.
This is an exceptional business opportunity. Our success is guaranteed.
Sincerely,
Gabi Mor, CEO,
Gold Club Investments.
A real-estate company with financial capital and high rating, a real-estate company affiliated with a person having financial capital for immediate actualization of real-estate projects, someone who has a rich portfolio and a variety of properties such as income-generating real-estate, real-estate for renting out, shopping malls, commercial centers, buildings for offices - all in winning locations in major world cities.
With the setting up of the partnership, we will work towards establishing an intelligent company with a cash flow and equity capital that will enable us to stand up to our commitments, buy for projects competitively on the spot, get in touch with accountants, assessors, and brokers of the highest caliber in real-estate world, and affiliate with friendly banks. The aim will be to advance as a cutting edge company with top level projects and then to move onto promoting international mega real-estate projects. We are talking of projects from hundreds to milliards of dollars for prestigious, successful, top-of-the-league real-estate enterprises.
There is also the option of joining a private equity fund or becoming affiliated with private investors, banks, investment factors at state level (governmental), and private funds as partners for international real-estate mega projects. There are investment factors interested in attractive, prime projects with whom our company can associate strategically and of course if we utilize this option, the decision will be a joint one, where both parties will be in agreement. From past experience, we are talking of huge investments on the part of these factors, which will become relevant to us when we have unique, lucrative projects in our hands, i.e. prestigious mega real-estate projects.
There are accounting situations for leveraging projects - which is favorable when there are a number of accounting components. However, it would be preferable if our company were to buy real-estate with a broader basis of equity capital so that it would be less affected by market fluctuations which would upset its stability.
Today, credit is more expensive. The cheap money has finished and we must use our own equity capital and less leverage for creating stable projects. When I mention investors, I do not wish to sound pompous, but I am talking of milliards of people who are interested in entering into a partnership. From past experience, I have learned that the extra power for setting up enterprises comes from affiliating with additional investors. It depends on each individual project but local partners are preferable, i.e. those who will initiate projects in their own countries.
New research published recently by Dr. Yael Hockberg, lecturer and researcher at the Kellogg School of Management at North Western University, USA, and her colleague from New York University shows that cooperation between funds or individuals or a chain of investors provides a shared platform that promotes companies.
