The only temporary obstacle standing in our way at the moment is that I cannot travel at the present time due to a project I am currently involved in. Therefore, I would like to propose you to visit Israel for a business vacation I recommend the Hilton Hotel or Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv.

Israel is constantly teeming with tourists from all over the world. The beaches are full of vacationers taking pleasure in all kinds of activities such as, relaxing in coffee houses, taking part in cultural events, going to nightclubs, and restaurants filled with all year long. You can visit for the weekend from Wednesday to Monday and I promise you your stay will be an unforgettable experience. And of course there is always the mystical and magical Jerusalem that must be seen and visit the holy places sacred to the Christians, Jews, and Moslems.

On a yearly basis Israel hosts hundreds of thousands of business people from the international Hi-Tech community. As a matter of fact Israeli start-ups have placed Israel on the Hi-Tech map at the number 3 spot in the world. The large numbers of business people arriving to Israel is amazing and noticeable all over Tel Aviv in halls, conferences, events and more.

If you cannot visit Israel and are sincerely considering entering into my proposed connection another way is by sending a representative or family member in your place for a preliminary meeting as an option to advance the partnership.

In any case, if you do visit you will have a memorable time in Israel and get a completely different and positive impression than what you see on television on the various news channels. Israel is a modern progressive country with European standards and is firmly at the zenith of leadership in Hi-Tech world. International financial bodies estimate that in 2007 Israel was first in among the 27 leading countries in the world. Due to this pace Israel progressed to 16th place in the GNP. Even Goldman held their yearly conference in Israel.

This is the Israel you will see during your visit.

1. What level of involvement are you interested in regarding active involvement in a partnership? Silent partner? Represented by an appointed individual or a family member or close associate? Do you wish to be fully involved? Any decision you make for what is good for you and any concept you prefer will work to our mutual benefit.

2. To what extent do the projects interest you and could suit a partnership between us? Do you prefer medium, large, or small projects? Are you interested in Real Estate in your native country or are you willing to join me and embark on international global Real Estate where are there are tremendous and fascinating projects some of which are in your country as well as the Mega Real Estate projects I offer.

3. What amount are you prepared to invest from your personal capital? In other words, will your financing come from readily available funds, basic funds, or short term funds accompanied by a declaration of intent to finance the remainder and to what extent you can be involved?

4. Are you at this time connected with any financial institutions that can advance and further the partnership with the support of commercial investment banks, investment foundations, personal associations, etc?

5. Is my suggestion for developing a joint company with personal financing agreeable and feasible for you to begin a partnership company?

6. Is it possible subsequent to establishing the company (and founder’s agreement) to draw up a declaration of intent and scope of investment for financing transactions for projects that suit you? In other words, ensuring your investment.

7. Do you have a specific preference for particular types of projects such as: purchasing buildings, villas to refurbish, upgrading property and shopping malls.
