A Presentation of World Real-Estate Projects on the Gold Club's Website for a Real-Estate Enterprise Business Partnership

Not long ago, a comprehensive presentation of worldwide projects was added to this category - unique projects in a class above the rest. However, due to the global economic crisis and the crisis in the real-estate capital markets, the projects are being removed temporarily and replaced by smaller, more sought after projects for 120 days.

If you have read my partnership proposal for opening an international real-estate company, you will have seen the business plan which clarifies the business partnership and of course my business intentions. At that time, worldwide projects were mentioned and there was a presentation of real-estate enterprise projects in a variety of countries.

Now, a wealth of small, light real-estate projects is available. The smaller projects involve buying buildings, houses, apartments, commercial buildings, plots, and villas. In the company we intend to establish, we can promote such projects and acquire these properties in quantity at rock bottom prices, especially in Israel, The US, England, Ireland, Russia, Spain and other European countries. A wealth of unique opportunities is available that are ideal for the current times. I have a large volume of these smaller projects in countries hit hard by the crisis.

The very large, worldwide projects presented in this category not so long ago are being temporarily removed. We are still going to put large projects on the website, but they will be less ambitious and more suited to present times. The grand mega projects are temporarily on hold, and in some countries have even been completely halted due to the world crisis.

However, I do believe that when the crisis ends, international mega projects will be back on the agenda. You will see a wide selection of all sorts of international mega projects presented in the 'Mega Projects' category on our website; the range is sure to impress top entrepreneurs who excel in their field.

Our aim is to promote only a limited number of projects in a few different countries in readiness for when the recession ends. This is the wise thing to do as these projects will be back in demand once the economy reawakens.

Now at this time, we, the entrepreneurs are in need of a lot of equity capital to start off with since all over the world, banks are very selective in giving loans to real-estate enterprisers. Today, strong, sharp enterprisers identify exceptional real-estate business opportunities at rock bottom prices, projects from enterprisers with low liquidity who have met hard times and enterprisers who have been hit by the credit crunch but have projects with great potential.

I would like to give you an example of just one project among many that until not so long ago were in the highest demand in Eastern Europe, for instance, building neighborhoods and apartments for the middle and upper classes wishing to move out of their stern, grey, old-fashioned apartments and improve their lifestyles by buying apartments in new buildings or moving into residential, more deluxe neighborhoods.

At the moment, these projects have been put on hold due to those wanting to buy apartments not being able to obtain mortgages and the equity capital required of them being much higher than in the past. We, as enterprisers have temporarily halted development of these projects until such time when the markets once again become stable.

These projects will have powerful potential and be applicable to several countries. When the crisis ends, these projects will already be in the advanced stages and ready for the next wave of buying.

Now, during the crisis, out of a large number of projects, we can already select those suitable for immediate promotion and begin developing them immediately in the countries mentioned above. If we make this smart move, we will be the first in the market to reap the rewards.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough the need to start now, otherwise we are going to 'miss the boat'. Implementation and actualization must start NOW!

Indeed, today, there are real-estate sharks and enterprisers who identify rare opportunities like these and are smart enough to know that if they hold out until we are the recession releases its grip, they will be the ones who make the killing. The key here is the timing.

To summarize, for 120 days, projects will be put up on the website. We need to adjust ourselves to the times, and look for the projects we can acquire now, some at bargain prices due to the current economic climate.

These days, the Gold Club's team and I are working round the clock changing and preparing projects in conjunction with the best brokers and analysts in order to build a new, more appropriate presentation of projects for the website.

Indeed, as is mentioned at the top of the page, this does not mean that if we open a joint business, we cannot acquire real-estate assets right from the start. As I mentioned in the 'partnership proposal' category of the website, there is huge potential waiting to be tapped in the acquisition of smaller real-estate assets such as houses, villas, buildings, apartments, and plots in several countries throughout the world which have been hurt badly by the crisis. At the Gold Club, we have a very large stock of properties like these available for acquisition at unbelievable, rock bottom prices.

An example is a house in Florida, USA. Before the crisis, this house would have cost $700,000; it can now be purchased for a mere $175,000 or even less! It has to be remembered that prices like these will NOT stay around for ever. Drastically reduced properties may also be purchased in England, Ireland, most of Europe, and Russia to name but a few.

On establishing the joint real-estate company for international business and enterprise, we can purchase tens and hundreds of properties at extraordinary prices, prices that will be available within a limited time frame only. I do believe that within a time span of one to two years, we will double or triple our investments from properties bought within the partnership originating from various sources such as banks that foreclosed properties, entrepreneurs who encountered difficulties due to the recession, individuals unable to pay the mortgage who had to give up their properties, world brokers offering hundreds of properties to the Gold Club, and construction companies that met with hard times who have properties for immediate sale at unprecedented prices. All these sources cannot afford to hold onto these large quantities of properties and are looking for an outlet from which to sell them.

The great advantage of this is that we can acquire tens and hundreds of properties without having to purchase land or plots, and without having to enter into the complications of building and dealing with the subsequent logistics. The buildings already exist; a number of them may require work carrying out on them, and finishing touches applied, but they are ready and waiting at incredibly low prices for those who have the cash available. In the partnership, we the enterprisers will accomplish the acquisition and sale of the properties in an exceptionally efficient manner. Intelligent marketing is the key to success.
